We had chatted with Kate and Thiasha at check-in about our upcoming Regent cruise.  

Two days later they surprised us by arranging a very special experience at the bar of the hotel.  They reviewed our itinerary and made cut-outs of many of the countries we would be visiting.  Then on each country they put personalized messages and suggestions of things to do and places to visit.  They also wrote a very personalised card to accompany their creation.  

Then, Bartenders Ritesh and Aleron prepared 5 unique drinks for us.   There was a Singapore Sling to represent Singapore, a Siam Sunray to represent Thailand, plus additional drinks to represent Malaysia, Sri Lanka and India.  Thank goodness they stopped there.  Each was unique and delicious.

The very personalized experience absolutely blew us away.  We are very appreciative of the thoughtfulness and kindness of these excellent examples of Ritz-Carlton’s “going above and beyond“ in wishing us a fantastic bon voyage.
